As Director of Managed Services in EMEA for a global technology company, I led a remote team of over 100 skilled FTE delivering an industry-leading 24x7 security managed service for thousands of clients globally spanning all industries and with a complex range of risk profiles and regulations. 


I led strategic and tactical change including the launch of a new service offering and enhanced capabilities around automation and tooling.


Managed a large team undergoing rapid service growth, implementing and enhancing processes to ensure that that recruitment, resourcing, and technical skills were aligned to meet the high expectations of clients, operational KPIs, and the ultimate mission of preventing breaches.

Senior Manager, responsible for service delivery against agreed SLAs, supporting a small team, reporting against KPIs, and providing ongoing client support and advisory; translating technical alerts and trends into context and business risk to prioritise action planning.

Developed a strategy and implementation plan, operating model and delivery resourcing, and associated ongoing costs.  Presented at senior leadership committee to gain successful sponsorship for change.

Managed the implementation of new tooling to expand the service and increase visibility of the attack surface, and expansion of the scope of services in recognition of the threat landscape.
